Members Husk 100 Dozen Ears of Corn for Christmas in Millerstown Chicken Corn Soup

Today the Millerstown Fire Department prepared 100 dozen ears of corn we had Raccoon Valley Farm grow for us. We are gearing up for our delicious homemade chicken corn soup at Christmas at the Park in Millerstown on December 5th from 11-6pm. Huge Thank You to all the firemen and Ladies Auxiliary members for all their hard work. We were able to get 100 dozen finished quickly this year because we had purchased a 2nd Corn Creamer machine from Holt's Manufacturing. Thank you Cecil Holt for your clever invention!
